1. General provisions

The company Agency for Education (hereinafter referred to as Agency for Education), as the operator of this website, respects the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”) as well as all applicable laws created in accordance with the currently effective GDPR Regulation and new law no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, regarding the processing and protection of personal data. We respect the privacy of every visitor to the website. This document summarizes information regarding the collection of data and their subsequent processing by the Agency for Education, or by the customer of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “client”).

2. Collection and processing of personal data

The company Agency of Education undertakes to collect only those personal data that are necessary for the full provision of the service to the client, or data to which the user of the website gives his voluntary and demonstrable consent to the collection, processing and use.

By using the website, some data about the website visitor is stored automatically on the servers of the Agency for Education, or on the servers of third parties. The purpose of processing the data obtained in this way is to manage the system, ensure the functionality of some website functionalities (for example, an e-mail form) and ensure website traffic statistics for the client. The company Education Agency can provide the client with additional services in the field of direct marketing, if the client and the Education Agency mutually agree on this. 3. Security

The Agency of Education undertakes to keep personal data obtained through the website safe, in accordance with applicable legislation, and to take such preventive measures as will eliminate the risk of loss, leakage, theft or other forms of misuse of personal data. Employees of the Agency for Education and contractual partners who provide services to clients on behalf of the Agency for Education are contractually bound by confidentiality, and may not use the published data for any purpose other than what is absolutely necessary to provide the service to the client. In some cases, the Agency for Education uses third-party tools, but only those where the protection of personal data is ensured in accordance with applicable legislation.
