Content of the statute
A company that employs at least 20 employees is /in accordance with § 63 par. 1 letter d) Act no. 5/2004 Coll. on employment services and on amendments to certain laws as amended/, obliged to employ 3.2% of disabled citizens.
If he does not do so, he must pay state levies for each such absent employee, if the labor office registers him as unemployed.
A more interesting option for the employer is to receive some service for this mandatory levy. For example, teaching a foreign language by assigning a contract to a protected workshop/protected workplace. In this way, the company/company/agency can provide its employees with professional language training with effective progress control.
Substitute fulfillment
The Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family granted the Education Agency the status of a Protected Workshop on October 10, 2011 and thus offers you the opportunity to use substitute performance by placing an order for it in the area
The protected workshop will issue an invoice immediately after the delivery of the service and a Confirmation of the provision of the service for the purpose of proving substitute performance no later than March 31 of the following calendar year. /on the basis of which you will be exempt from paying the levy/
